Chief Executive Officer:

Intake & Adoptions Coordinator
The Intake/Adoption Placement Specialist is responsible for assisting the Animal Movement department with adoptions, the foster-to-adopt program, and intakes. This position includes but is not limited to managing initial inquires, completion, and follow-up of the adoptions program. The person in this position is expected to enhance community engagement through the highest quality of customer service to our clients as we assist them in finding an appropriate adoption match, or with the process of surrendering their animal to us. The Intake/Adoption Placement Specialist will be expected to work closely with all departments within the organization to ensure client satisfaction while meeting the mission and vision of Tulsa SPCA; specifically must agree with Tulsa SPCA’s philosophy of removing barriers for adoptions.
