Dental Care

The Tulsa SPCA is now offering low-cost dental cleanings and dental extractions to the public. In order to make a dental appointment, you will first need to come in for a health exam at our preventative care clinic for us to assess your pet’s overall health and teeth. If your pet is over the age of 6, pre-anesthetic bloodwork will need to be done prior to the actual dental cleaning. This can be done at the health exam appointment. Pricing will be discussed at the time of the initial appointment.

Basic Dental Cleaning Cost – $160

Dental Xray

Dental x-rays are now available for $40. This requires sedation and can be done as part of a dental cleaning.

Cold Laser Therapy

Cold Laser Therapy is a non-invasive, holistic treatment used in pet rehabilitation to speed up the body’s natural healing process and relieve pain. Cost $35 (includes exam fee).

Chiropractic Care

Chiropractic removes nerve interference through a specific adjustment to the spine which restores nerve function. Every muscle, organ, tissue is connected to a nerve which traces back to the spine. When there is a misalignment in the spine causing decreased nerve function, the rest of the body cannot function properly. Thus chiropractic care works to resolve the primary issue and not just treat the symptom.

Orthopedic Surgeries

Prices vary. A preventative care appointment is required to see if the surgery is one our clinic can provide. This initial assessment appointment will be a $25 charge. If x-rays are needed, it will require a 30 minute appointment so the initial assessment appointment cost will increase to $50 but that price includes the cost of x-rays.

Mass Removal

Prices vary. Mass removal prices start at $100 and increase depending on size and complexity. A preventative care appointment for a health exam and initial assessment ($25) is required.

We are now offering treatment of some chronic care. Blood work is required at intervals determined by our veterinarian. We do not provide prescriptions, but can in some cases provide medications monthly if needed. A preventative care health exam is required initially to assess if we can provide care. If blood work isn’t completed as required by our veterinarian, medication cannot be continued. Please note, your pet’s health is our top priority and some cases require more management than we currently offer. In those situations we will not provide treatment and recommend seeking care elsewhere.
